Though it has a large consumer base in India, it is fast diminishing due to the increasing number of consumer complaints against them and poor services. With a dream of expanding its base abroad, a company should first satisfy the consumers of its homeland. Tata Motors needs to take this problem seriously and make some quick and sincere efforts to improve its customer support and services. The future does not look bright for Tata Motors and with still no measure being taken currently it is bound to worsen the situation.
