आपको शिकायत के साथ डॉक्युमनेट्स की कॉपी भी देनी होंगी जो आपका समर्थन करे | इसमें कैश मेमो, रसीद, अग्रीमेंट्स वैगरह शामिल है | डेल्ही उपभोक्ता फोरम (Delhi Consumer Forum) में शिकायत की तीन कॉपी जमा करनी पड़ती है | जिसमे एक कॉपी आपके विरोधी पार्टी के लिए होती है | उपभोक्ता खुद ही या किसी वकील के माध्यम से शिकायत दर्ज क्र सकता है | शिकयत करने के साथ साथ पोस्टल ऑर्डर या डिमांड ड्राफ्ट भी जमा करना पड़ता है |  डिमांड ड्राफ्ट या पोस्टल ऑर्डर प्रेजिडंट, डिस्ट्रिक्ट फोरम या स्टेट फोरम के पक्ष में बनेगा। उपभोक्ता कई प्रकार से पीड़ित हो सकता है इस लिए हर मामले के फीस अलग अलग होती है |

कहां करें शिकायत? (Where to file a Complaint?)

अगर आपकी शिकायत 20 लाख रुपये  या उससे कम की है तो आप Delhi District consumer court में क्र सकते है  |  यदि आपकी शिकायत20 लाख रुपये से ज्यादा और एक करोड़ रुपये से कम की है तो आप Delhi State consumer court में कर सकते है | यदि आपकी एक करोड़ रुपये से ज्यादा के शिकायत है तो आपके मामलो की सुनवाई Delhi National consumer court में होंगी |

डेल्ही  कंस्यूमर फोरम में एक फाइलिंग काउंटर होता है, जहां सुबह 10.30 बजे से दोपहर 1.30 बजे तक शिकायत दाखिल की जा सकती है।

उपभोक्ता फोरम (Delhi Consumer Forum) में शिकयत दर्ज करने की फीसः

• एक लाख रुपये तक के मामले के लिए – 100 रुपये
• एक लाख से 5 लाख रुपये तक के मामले के लिए – 200 रुपये
• 10 लाख रुपये तक के मामले के लिए – 400 रुपये
• 20 लाख रुपये तक के मामले के लिए – 500 रुपये
• 50 लाख रुपये तक के मामले के लिए – 2000 रुपये
• एक करोड़ रुपये तक के मामले के लिए – 4000 रुपये
